Armel Dupas

Armel Dupas (b.1984) is not a typical pianist. A graduate of the Paris Conservatoire and once destined for a conventional career in jazz, he chose a different path at 35 — following the success of his album Broderies and the intimate concerts of his Home Piano Live series. Convinced that acoustic music has the power to bring people together and promote well-being, Armel has played over 160 Home Piano Live concerts across Europe, taking his piano from concert halls to living rooms, museums, gardens, and the water’s edge. With more than 48 million streams on digital streaming platforms, he now stands as one of the most listened-to French jazz pianists of his generation. Armel is also artist-in-residence at Desevedavy Pianos (Nantes) and brand ambassador for Keybird Pianos, embodying a modern vision of what it means to be a free, authentic pianist in today’s world. Sweet and melodious though it may be, his music resists classification — because, for Armel Dupas, each day is unique.
